Cleaning Protocols + Standards

Suite Turnover

This protocol is completed after each session.

  • Skim cold plunge for debris.

  • Clean plunge breathing deck and all surfaces with with antibacterial cleaner.

  • Clean sauna benches and back surfaces with industry grade sauna cleaner. Wipe all sauna glass with alcohol-based cleaner.

  • Clean shower head and dry all surfaces.

  • Freshen all towels

Weekly Suite Deep Clean

Cold Plunge

  • Fully drain and clean interior with mild acid or vinegar solution.

  • Add non-chlorine or chlorine shock treatment and run pump 30–60 minutes.

  • Scrub pool walls with magic eraser.

  • Check pump operation, drainage, and clean filters.

  • Replace or clean cartridge/DE/sand filters.

  • Refill and rebalance water chemistry.

  • Disinfect all surfaces including breathing deck, seat, and areas next to walls.

Sauna

  • Vacuum sauna floor and benches

  • Whip all floor, benches, glass (inside and out).

  • Spray sauna panels with high wash water then brush with blue filter brush.

  • Dust tops of glass.

  • Air dry.

Room

  • Dust vents and all surfaces.

  • Clean vanity area seating and mirrors with anti-bacterial cleanred

Shower

  • Apply preventative mildew remover on all corners.

  • Clean glass with alcohol mixture.

  • Wipe bottles and refill amenities.

  • Clean shower head with calcium/lime remover
