    Monday- Friday 6am-9pm
    Saturday - Sunday 7am-7pm

  • Contrast Therapy is the practice of cycling between hot and cold temperatures to help your body and nervous system practice going back and forth between extremes.

  • You can bring a bathing suit and a water bottle. Towels are provided.
