    There are no membership commitments required. Simply book and select the first time offer.

  • Yes, each of our suites accommodate 2 people.

    Regardless if you become a member, buy a pack or just buy a single session, you can add a guest to your session for $25.

  • Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

  • Kontra is open early and late:

    Monday- Friday 6am-9pm
    Saturday - Sunday 7am-7pm

  • Contrast Therapy is the practice of cycling between hot and cold temperatures to help your body and nervous system practice going back and forth between extremes.

  • You can bring a bathing suit and a water bottle. Towels are provided.

    Electrolytes and beverages are also available for purchase at our front desk.
